Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates, tags, and accessories.
Custom-made, engraved, or resized pieces are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our Client Services team at contact@pamelasale.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Carefully package the item in its original condition and drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
