  • Custom-made, engraved, or resized pieces are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  3. Carefully package the item in its original condition and drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or reject the return.
